How DYOX Works
Architecture you can assemble — refined in the workshop — released in small drops.
DYOX studio
From system to Workshop Edition
1) The system
DYOX begins as a repeatable set of rules: parts that fit, scale, and stay consistent.
Result: a design that evolves without losing its identity.
2) The workshop
Prototypes are cut, assembled, stressed, and refined until it feels right in real life.
Result: fit, tolerances, and details you can feel — not just see.
3) The drop
When the system is stable, a curated edition is released: as an object, a module, or a kit.
Result: architecture you can assemble — and upgrade over time.
FAQ
What exactly is DYOX – a brand, a studio or a shop?
DYOX is a workshop brand built around one modular system.
Releases come as small drops — sometimes finished objects, sometimes modules or kits.
Digital files and configurators follow as the system matures.
Can I buy anything right now?
Yes. When a drop is live, it’s available in the shop.
If a piece is marked “soon”, it’s currently being finished for the next release.
Do I need Grasshopper to use DYOX?
No. Grasshopper is part of how DYOX is designed — not something you need.
You only need the object (or kit) and the guide
Are the objects mass-produced?
No. DYOX is not interchangeable mass-market product.
Physical editions are released in small, curated runs.
Digital plans can be available on-demand: the system scales, while the outcome stays configurable.
(Each configuration can receive its own ID.)
Can you design a custom piece for my space?
Sometimes — but the default is editions, not custom work.
If a space asks for a one-off, it’s treated as a Studio piece built from the same system.
