Shipping & Delivery

DYOX is built as a small studio – starting with digital products and gradually adding physical editions in small batches. This page explains how we currently deliver and how shipping will work once physical objects are available.


1. Digital products (files, configurator outputs)

  • Digital content (for example files, configurator outputs or future digital tools) is not shipped physically.

  • You will usually receive access

    • directly after purchase via a download link, or

    • by e-mail sent to the address you provided.

  • There are no shipping costs for digital products.

  • Digital products are generally available worldwide, unless the product page explicitly says otherwise.


2. Physical products (editions, kits, prototypes)

Once physical DYOX objects are available (editions, kits, prototypes), the following rules apply.

Delivery areas

  • We ship from Germany.

  • At the moment, shipping is primarily set up for the EU.

  • In many cases, we can also ship worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, please send us a short message at info@dyo-x.com and we’ll check individually whether shipping is possible.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated in the checkout, based on product, weight, size and destination country, and will be shown before you place your order.

  • For larger or heavier objects (for example furniture or special formats), shipping costs may be higher. In some cases we will offer a custom shipping solution – any such notes will be shown in the product description.

Production and delivery times

  • Many DYOX objects are made as editions, small batches or prototypes. Production and shipping therefore often start only after payment has been received.

  • Indicative production and delivery times are shown on the product page or during checkout.

  • These times are approximate; minor deviations can occur due to material availability, workshop capacity or the carrier’s workload.

Customs & import duties (outside the EU)

  • For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply.

  • These costs are not included in our prices or shipping fees and must be paid by you as the recipient.

  • Please check with your local customs office for details.

Carriers & tracking

  • Shipping is handled by common carriers (for example DHL, UPS or similar).

  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail, if available.

Damage in transit

  • Please check your parcel for visible damage as soon as you receive it.

  • If the parcel is visibly damaged, ask the driver to note it if possible and document the damage with photos.

  • Then contact us at info@dyo-x.com so we can clarify the case with the carrier.
